How it's deployed
Pre-calibrated swap sensors are shipped to your site before each calibration interval expires, allowing you to hot-swap devices without any monitoring downtime. Returned sensors are calibrated at an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory against NIST-traceable references, then re-entered into your sensor pool for the next cycle. Service interval options — annual, bi-annual, or custom — are configurable to match your internal SOP or regulatory requirements.
Evidence & Reporting
Each calibrated sensor ships with an ISO 17025-accredited calibration certificate stating reference standards used, measurement uncertainty, and as-found/as-left values. Calibration records are stored in the Seemoto platform and linked to each sensor's serial number, providing a complete chain-of-custody audit trail for GDP and GMP inspections. Automated email reminders and a calibration status dashboard give QA teams advance notice before any sensor falls out of its compliance window.
