Mapping Report
Wireless Temperature Mapping
Professional mapping report delivered after data collection and analysis. Includes raw data, hot/cold spot identification, sensor placement recommendations, and compliance gap analysis. Serves as the foundation for permanent monitoring system design.
Audit-Ready Qualification Report
Raw sensor data collected during a mapping campaign has no regulatory value until it is analysed, interpreted, and presented in a format that satisfies GDP, GMP, or HACCP documentation requirements. A poorly structured report can fail a regulatory inspection even when the underlying data is sound. The Seemoto mapping report transforms measurement data into a complete qualification document that auditors, quality managers, and regulatory bodies can accept without further processing.
How it's deployed
After data collection is complete, all sensor logs are processed through a standardised analysis workflow that cross-references each node against the defined temperature specification for the mapped environment. Hot and cold spot identification uses statistical analysis of the full time-series rather than single-point extremes, giving a more accurate picture of where sustained risks exist. The final document is compiled with full traceability from raw data file through to conclusions.
Evidence & Reporting
The report is structured to satisfy GDP Chapter 3 and 9, GMP Annex 15, EN12830, and HACCP documentation requirements as applicable to the mapped environment. It includes calibration certificates for all sensors used (traceable to national measurement standards), a complete hot and cold spot register, sensor placement recommendations with justification, and a compliance gap analysis. The document is version-controlled and signed to meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP record integrity expectations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Raw sensor logs are delivered as CSV files with timestamps, sensor IDs, and calibrated temperature values, making them directly importable into standard QMS platforms, LIMS systems, and spreadsheet tools. The PDF report is also provided in a locked, signed format suitable for electronic document management systems that require tamper-evident records.
Calibration certificates for all sensors used in the mapping campaign are included as an appendix to the report, with full traceability to national measurement institute standards as required by ISO 17025. You do not need to arrange independent calibration — the sensors are calibrated before deployment and rechecked after retrieval, and both certificates are included.
Standard turnaround is ten to fifteen business days from the date the last sensor is retrieved and data is confirmed complete. A preliminary summary highlighting any critical exceedances or compliance risks is shared within three business days so your quality team is not waiting for the full document before taking action.
